Dr.Mustafa uses a diversified approach, he has a special interest in soft tissue release using a variety of methods and techniques to help improve mobility using ART (Active Release Therapy) as well as cupping, taping and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM).

Dr. Mustafa grew up playing various sports and realizes the importance of movement and having an active lifestyle. He played ice hockey competitively and currently coaches a U18 ice hockey team. Kelsey received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Alberta in 2018.

Late 2018 Kelsey moved to San Jose, California to pursue her Doctorate in Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic West. Here Kelsey was involved in a multitude of clubs including the Palmer West Sports Council, the largest sports council in the United States, as an executive member for 2 years where she attended events and gained valuable experience treating high level athletes.

Kelsey Graduated December 2021 Summa Cum Laude honours and as Valedictorian of her class.

Growing up Kelsey was involved in many activities including track and field, volleyball, basketball, rugby (albeit brief), and cheer. Following high school her passion for sports continued and although she was no longer a participant at a competitive level she began working with multiple St. Albert Raiders hockey teams as their trainer while attending the U of A. With this experience, Kelsey understands the value of getting athletes back into play as quickly and as safely possible.

Kelsey believes in the importance of educating her patients and offering solutions where they can work together to provide quick, effective and long-term outcomes while also preventing future injury. Kelsey is educated in a range of adjusting techniques including Thompson Drop and Activator methods in addition to Diversified adjustments. She also utilizes Graston, Cupping, and exercises to keep her patients moving and able to do the things they love.

When Kelsey isn’t working you can find her at her family cabin in BC wake surfing and sea dooing or hanging out either at Rogers Place or in a basement somewhere cheering on the Oilers.

Dr. Taylor Cooksley is formally trained in many dance genres and it was through her active lifestyle that she grew interested in human mechanics. So she went on to pursue a Bachelor of Kinesiology degree at University of Calgary and Doctor of Chiropractic degree at University of Western States in Portland, Oregon. She is also formally trained in Active Release Technique (ART), Smart Tools (a technique like Graston), Neurodynamics, and Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) Exercise techniques.

When she is not treating patients, you can find Dr. Cooksley taking dance classes, walking her two dogs, spending time in the mountains hiking or skiing, or baking for her friends and family.

In 2013, Vanessa moved with her husband from Prince Edward Island to St. Albert to advance her career and expand her family. After 10 years of dedicated service as a Pharmacy Technician, Vanessa graduated from the 3000-hour Advanced Registered Massage Therapy program at Makami College in February 2022. Sarah strives to provide inclusive, transparent, and evidence-based care to all her clients. Her academic and clinical interests include chronic pain, low back pain, and concussion and headache care. She has completed the Shift Concussion Management training program levels 1 and 2, and can assess and treat acute and persistent concussion symptoms.

Sarah is a certified GLA:D Back provider, a 9-week program designed for people with persistent or recurrent low back pain. Much of her expertise here draws from her ongoing work as a project coordinator for the Alberta Back Care Pathway and GLA:D Back research team at the University of Alberta.

Sarah is accredited through Acupuncture Canada to provide myofascial trigger point dry needling services.

Sarah completed her undergraduate degree at Quest University in Squamish BC in 2017, where she played on the Women’s Varsity Soccer Team. She worked and played in the mountains for a year before pursuing her Masters degree in Physiotherapy from McGill University in Montreal QC.
